An option for celiac children
Ingredients for two servings
- 1/3 cup (50 g) of Basmati rice
- 3/4 cup (100 ml) of evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup (100 g) of condensed milk
- Half an orange peel
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 6 scoops of Vitafos®
Preparation
- Boil the milk in 300 ml of water along with the orange peel and the cinnamon stick.
- Remove the orange peel and the cinnamon stick.
- Add the two types of milk and the Vitafos®, and simmer at low heat, stirring every two minutes.
- Pour into two dishes. Allow to cool and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
