Ingredients:
- 130 g of chicken (breast or tenderloins)
- 80 g of onion
- 45 g of coconut milk
- 30 g of soy sauce
- 100 g of boiled rice/pasta (garnish)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 56 g of Vitafos® vanilla (4 scoops)
Preparation
- Cut the onion into thin slices and fry it in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until golden.
- Add the rest of the oil and the chopped chicken.
Sauté until cooked. - While the chicken is in the pan, in a glass, mix the coconut milk, soy sauce and the 4 Vitafos® vanilla scoops. Mix well and set aside.
- When the chicken is ready and golden colour, add the coconut and vanilla mixture to the pan and cook for 1 more minute, making sure the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve the chicken with its sauce accompanied by rice or any other side dish of your choice.
